I see that the checkerboard flooring and barber’s chair is universal for barber shops.
Did they also used to double as doctor’s offices?
I’m not sure but I have seen it in old-timey movies. I figured it would just be more visually interesting than the original monochromatic floor I was going to use.

Pyra points to the perm and wishes it to be pruned. Sheeka supports by saying it could be salvaged and substitutes be set for some ad hoc horns. Pyra isn’t putting up with it however. Another does the do and she desires to deny the duality. Pyra is looking up at a possible promotion to be passed her way and she finds the similarity shameful. Promotion or pressure to pose for posterity aside, their post skirmish spa session is squashed by the arrival of Commander Sear. Sear sequesters the lounging Lady Red determined to get a detailed debrief of the overnight assault. Included in this information will be an explanation of how interference was involved.
Whilst Pyra is looking to be a cut above, Lady Red looks like she will be sheared off before long. Is this Red about to be on the chopping block?
Will Lady Red bear the brunt? Or will Elektra get… [puts on sunglasses]… “charged?”

Oh Lady Red is going to just love this. I bet the Lightning Dragons get the blame but I doubt the Queen will let them off the hook. “Shouldn’t MY royal guard have been able to handle the tigers on their own?”.
Pyra would be smart to keep quiet her commander is about to be very angry and subordinates nearby will be the first to feel it.

Nice design with the chairs to accommodate big tails. Good world building.
You noticed! Designing seats for Dragons is always a challenge. It’s why so many couches and sofas have been shown as having no backs so as to accommodate the wings and tails. In the case of these salon chairs, there’s a hole for the tail and the back is just wide enough to support the spine and head while leaving room for the wings.
I did notice the space of the wings. It really makes it feel like a lived in world.
If Miss Pyra is to get promoted, maybe she should pay more attention to her language than her haircut.
I don’t recall Lady Red objecting. ^__^;
