Uh oh, it might be time to say goodbye to Kilani
She’s had a good run.
Wait, Kilani got taken by the tigers and NOT retrieved by the dragons? How’d that one happen?
Well, Scyde did say that Kilani was going to stand trial for desertion. When the battalion ran into Kilani, they probably weren’t going to let her go.
Just for once, not a single Dragon featured in a milestone page. They had a near monopoly in nearly every panel shown (a Fox was in P. 400, a Tiger in P. 500).
Speaking of milestones, got any plans to celebrate twenty years of the webcomic proper? Rather amazing this is one of a few webcomics going on for around two decades, along with the likes of Las Lindas, Peter & Company, The Eye of Ramalach, DMFA, etc. Obviously life can get in the way, and I’ve seen a few comics fall by the wayside, so this is quite the achievement.
To be honest, I didn’t really have anything lined up at the moment for the 20th anniversary, at least not for the main comic, though I was planning to add some kind of anniversary marker next to the logo. As for Dragons not being on this page, I figured we’d hardly seen any Tigers since the new chapter started and, much like page 500, I figured I’d throw some extra sexiness your way with a bath scene. There’s an uncensored version on the Patreon! ~__^
And as for the comic’s longevity, let’s just say I absolutely love that I get to do this and I build a lot of my life around it. Being single and childless sure helps! XD
Glad Kess seems to finally be able to wash the smell of dragon shit out. Only took her how many years? 😉
Congrats on the 20th anniversary by the way!
Thanks, though we’re not at 20 years yet. That happens in January 2025. For now, it’s just the 600-page milestone! ^__^
Legendary Creatures.
Xiu comes screaming in inquiring of Kess about the creatures she’d stood alongside. Apparently, rumors have been making the rounds since Scyde’s battalion smashed with a flight of dragon’s that one fateful night. And it’s not just a certain fox she is excitedly exclaiming about. Kess confirms the questions from Xiu adding to evidence provided by old stories. As for Kilani, she sits in the deepest hole she has ever known. The tigress has met and made many friends and enemies over these past days, but now her fate rests in the claws of fellow tigers.
Will she stand alone in her defense or will there be an unexpected ally who objects to her opposition?
Let’s hope Kilani’s got someone advocating for her!
I wonder what,s happening to eone cinder and kighan do you think they might do there exodus on there city take there chances out in the unkown
It would be nice to find out what happened to Eone after she was escorted out of the Imperial Palace. Hmmm…
do you think eone cinder and xilanul a Might plan a secret exodus take there chances in the unkown
Oh for god’s sake. She’s now facing death from her own people now.
Tigers don’t play around!
Kilani’s Trial,
Likely Outcome: You cavort with the Enemy you die now unga bunga.
Neutral Outcome: You cavort with the Enemy but with your service History, go live in exile.
Big Brain Outcome: We recognize things are messed up, and we tire of War. Your status with the Dragons presents an opportunity, you are now our Ambassador to the Dragons.
Let’s hope cooler heads prevail, but right now, Scyde’s the coolest we’ve got.
