Lol, in Riah’s defense, Kighan most certainly would have actually perished had Cinder not been so effective with her first-aid training and being close enough to know Kighan’s flashpoint by heart.
On a more serious note: damn, Aika. Whatever Ennek gives you, you friggin’ deserve it. Maybe it’ll open your damn eyes and soften that stony heart, sheesh. With how Aika acts around Roh, you’d think she’d be a better person, but nope she’s just full of grudges and for some reason treats Ennek like she deserves to know how much happier Roh is with her. What in the hell did Ennek or the rest of the harem ever do to her?
Aika’s heart isn’t stony. But her ego is the size of Jupiter.

It’s one thing to talk shit. But Aika is going way too far.
Is it safe to assume the dragons and tigers have completely forgotten why this war started?
A part of me wonder if this war started over something insanely trivial like the dragons liking to go around in the buff, while tigers covered themselves. (And ironic now that some tigers apparently don’t get considered pariahs for doing exactly that in these times). Wars have been started over such inane things before.
And I still like to think of the holiday comics as an alternate timeline where the war never happened.

Dame didn’t really think our merry band of tigers were so ineffective…were Shie and kilani their only heavy hitters? and with both of them out of commission for now, things aren’t gonna get easier for them huh?
If half the dragon population was randomly turned into tigers, AND half of the tiger population was turned into dragons… how many hours do you think it would take for both sides to completely wipe themselves out of existence?

Might I remind you, dear Aika, that the last time you pissed off a tiger who had just suffered a deeply personal loss it was only Roh’s intervention that stopped her from beating your hide into the ground. Not only is Roh *not* here, but the number of peeps who want to punch you is now *six*. You might have two trainees, but they look awfully young (and scrawny); frankly, if I were you I’d start praying to Loessa. =/
I really wanna get into this comic, but almost every character is so utterly despicable that I just can’t relate or get attached to any of them. No wonder they’re always at each others throats,
So… How’s Aika going to die? Is Ennek going to get her, or is the rest of the group going to manage to hold her back long enough to tie Aika up and toss her over the border (possibly even the Calera)? She’d have some fun there! 😈
You know, I hate to be that guy, but Aika does raise quite a few valid points about the other tigers’ “abilities” given that no dragons have died to date since the focus of this particular group and that they’ve lost one cat and allowed a dragon to escape.
