Imposter? Day One Had her condemning a woman to death in as most painful a way as possible. Kind of a bad first impression right there… and she certainly hasn’t done anything to be ‘mother of the year’ since, let alone a good monarch.

I respect Chiara’s loyalty to the queen and her duty to help fulfill Lumina’s destiny, but I must theorize that Lumina’s now rapidly growing powers; coupled with her now dissappearing memories, MAY cause her to keep them and undo and halt the cleansing in the form of an earthquake or sudden flash. BTW, if Oscura succeeds, the story could turn tragic and heartrending.

Please Lumina, keep your memories of your happy times with Kilani… (€–_-)m (praying)

Normally, I would say, “AAAWWWWW! THEY LOOKED SO CUTE!” But now I realize that she used Chiara’s own mother’s memory to guilt trip and then manipulate her.

But, correct me if I’m wrong, isn’t Azure the very one who GAVE Kilani Lumina’s egg?

That’s right, they won’t know until it’s too late.

I’m a little sad no one’s noticed (or at least mentioned) the Earthbound reference. Maybe that will change with it’s upcoming re-release? Down with Gygas! One of the creepiest bosses ever. Oo; Especially if you really notice what that background resembles.

That said, I do look forward to the day when truths are discovered. For there will be both great conflict and great change, for better and worse, at that time.

Maybe none at all. I’m not expecting any of the tigers to do so, so many have been orphaned compared to the dragons.

Someone’s going to have to be the brave one sooner or later. We’ll find out who that is, together. ~__^

Queen Obscura is slipping away more and more. talking about motherly love and family, and still thinking “oh noes my child is going to be forgiving, must uphold legacy of meaningless hatred. derp”. If it ever comes out, it’ll be a feat for the dragon nation to bring justice without people rising up to a revolution. This is part of the reason why monarcy barely ever works. Yeah, democracy isn’t perfect, but at least it’s better in most areas…

At this point I’d call it more of a dictatorship.

I get the distinct feeling that the harder Oscura tries to erase those memories, the harder they will come back. Imagine if all of these memory cleaning efforts eventually makes Lumina forget Oscura completely, and the only thing she has to fall back on is her time with Kilani? I would guess a situation like that would tip Oscura over the edge.

So, just how old was Oscura when she had Lumina?

I haven’t yet. Unfortunately, I never really got into the whole Tolkien universe. Only movie in the canon I’ve seen so far is the first “Lord of the Rings” movie from 2001. Haven’t seen any of the others.

You should! especially the extended versions. if you try watching the three(four?)of them again, I’m sure you like it. even if you’ve never been into the mythos, it’s the kind of film anyone can instantly enjoy greatly. they’re so well done, great script, great scenery, great actors and even the effects are great without looking like they’re special effects!
