Howdy, fellow Draconiacs!  RazorFox here.

Ah, Princess Lumina, is there no end to your adorableness?

Those of you looking for a soundtrack to this page can pull up Princess Lumina’s unofficially official personal theme song, “No Mercy” by Khaleel.  Special thanks to my pal Ethan Qix, creator of Generation 17, for lending me his “My Little Dracony” creation of Flashbang, who “debuted” earlier this year during the 2012 Draconia Chronicles Annual.  Thanks, Ethan!  ^o^

As I write this, the winds and rain from Hurricane Sandy are buffeting my windows.  I booked an extra day off work in advance of the storm to get it all done.  The power in this area goes out pretty easily in storms like these, so I wanted to get everything done before things potentially got bad.  I’m not about to let some piddly storm keep you all from enjoying your Monday Draconia Chronicles fix!  Hell to the yeah!

And speaking of getting your fix, be sure to be back here this Wednesday for a special site-wide Halloween treat from all of us here at Katbox!  ~__^

And if that all weren’t enough, don’t forget about my back-to-back convention appearances!  Starting this coming weekend (November 2-4), I’ll be joined by YOSH! creator Sage, Caribbean Blue and iMew creator Nekonny, and TwoKinds creator Tom Fishbach at NekoCon 15 in Hampton, Virginia, for the ultimate meeting of minds for catgirl-centric comics!  Your favorite webcomic creators all in one Artist Alley, across two tables, at one convention, and I’ll be there, too!  ^__^;;

And then, the very next weekend, I’ll be appearing at Anime USA, an awesome convention in Washington, DC, which has been kind enough to have me as a guest!  Once I get things hammered down, I’ll let you all know which panels I’ll be appearing at and when they’re running.  Outside of that, you can catch me almost around the clock in their Artist Alley!

I absolutely adore meeting my fellow Draconiacs, so come on out to either one or both of these cons and say hi!  At each one, I’ll have a selection of prints and posters, I’ll knock out a couple commissions, and I’ll be taking convention-exclusive pre-orders for the 2013 Draconia Chronicles Calendar!  Hope to see you there!

And with that, it’s back to work for what is shaping up to be an extremely busy two weeks, and an really busy November.  Let’s rock!

The angles and her horns didn’t allow me to fully show what I did here, but yeah, Lady Chiara’s hair is up in a ponytail. I figured I’d do something different for her. ^__^

Ok say it together now 1..2….3 DAAAAAWWW!! So cute. Interesting despite possiablly 2 “cleansing”(aka brain washing) she still remembers that spark is still there. Now all she needs is a little push to turn that spark into a wild fire of memories heres hoping for the best. Time for the rescue mission(puts on fallout new vegas Elite riot armor, turns on night vision and locks and load survivalist rifle) Im going in.(plays halo 2 majinoir theme). Kilani the Tiger, meet Kilani the Cheetah. I’m sure that if this war ends soon, you will be able to join her and Lumina at the juice party for Lady Red after Briella is done with her.

Oh man…I was really hoping for a *censor* fight between Lady Red and Brillea. Then again, this is somewhat of a nice change of pace considering the recent events. Also, it was nice to see that she hasn’t forgotten her “other” mother.

Well, this can prove problematic for Queen Oscura. It means that memories can begin to surface that will prevent Lumina (or “Chuki”) from being the “ace in the hole” for the Dragons and may even seek to end the war on peaceful terms. Oscura can’t keep wiping Lumina’s mind clean of it without wiping Lumina’s mind clean.

ROFL. I have to admit this page threw me off guard, I was expecting the attacker to be revealed in this page but its a good surprise none the less. Its always good to cover your bases, especially with a story as complex as this one. Though with the princess I just want to leap in there and steal her away, knowing what her mother has planned for her… unless… it already happened *fingers crossed*

I don’t know weather to remark about how cute this is or about how sad that all of Lumina’s friends is a crippled dragon and a bunch of toys.

LOL! I was thinking that, too, when I was writing this. My excuse is that Lumina’s only been back with the Queen for a short time. She’ll be socialized, eventually. ^__^;;

I would love to see, as as step of her guardians to integrate her into Dragon society, he get’s introduced to other little dragons, like Blue’s girls. However, maybe Lumina “corrupts” other youths with the notion that Tiger’s are not that bad.

I’ve thought of bringing in Blue’s girls–Mizu and Fiera–into the mix. Blue’s not exactly part of the upper crust, though, so I’d have to think up some way to have her added to the mix. I might have something down the road, though.

Wouldn’t mind perhaps seeing some new younger dragons girls that are part of the high society then. But then I still would love to see Mizu and Fiera have an actual active role in the main comic. Maybe something like Chiara is out in public and see’s Blue and her girls and makes introductions.

But yeah, considering Kobra’s comment and this comment, it would make sense for Chiara to go up to the Queen and go “yeah, I think she really needs some friends her own age to play with.”

If Lumina is going to socialize with any dragon kids it would have to be with Mizu and Fiera, there the only dragon kids that could be considered regulars. And really Blue is close enough with the Dragon cast that I’m shore they could set up a plat date.

Frankly I’m surprised that dragons even have stuffed cat toys given there relationship with tigers.

I want to start showing that it’s just against Tigers. They have no problems with other cats, which is why the “Kilani” plushie is a cheetah. Because cheetahs are freakin’ awesome!

Very similar to it. The binding is there to allow a glue to set. Her horn will keep growing, of course, but it’ll be months before it will be long enough to match her right one. So, rather than have her head unbalanced, the horn was reattached, and they’ll just keep trimming off the tip as the base grows in.

… Oh dear. I think there’s going to be trouble down the line from this. Hopefully, this results in Princess Lumina blasting her Mother through a wall or three.

well this is going to cause some problams for the queen (cant remember her blasted name)
and i think we’ve narrowed down the possabilitys of who could have attacked red in the previous page

The name would be Queen Oscura, and as for Lady Red’s attacker, that shall be revealed in time. Hang tight… ~__^

I have a feeling that Lumina’s memory is gonna save Kilani’s ass or get her killed either way…
